WEEKLY PLANT SERVICE:
Our weekly maintenance service consists of the following:
watering and cleaning foliage
pruning and trimming brown leaves
preventative organic insect program
plant rotation for symmetrical growth
a fertilizer and mineral program which assures healthy,thriving plants
PLANT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
We GUARANTEE to replace any plant that does not remain in a healthy and attractive condition. Replacement cost is determined by the reason for the plant failure, i.e. loss due to heating/air malfunction is at the client's cost; overwatering is at the contractor's cost. All plants will be replaced with the same size and type when possible or with comparable value. Since we are an owner-operated concern, any replacements will be made in a timely manner. No need to wait to see the boss...we're there every week.
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY:
Client shall be liable for plant replacements in the following situations:
change in plant location
vandalism or theft
malfunction of heat/air system
any loss or damage due to conditions beyond the control
of the contractor
TERMS OF SERVICE:
In order to provide our clients with personalized service, prompt installations and immediate plant replacements, our policy is for payment for service on the first day of the month, i.e. May 1st for the month of May. Thirty days' notice is required to discontinue plant service.
